    Beautiful carving job. But this bird must have been cooled off to some degree for you to be able to handle it so much. I’d like to see how to carve a piping hot (though rested) one, where you’d have to use a carving fork.

    I carved a turkey like that this week and it was perfect! I’d never successfully carved a turkey before but it was fast and easy, and it turned out beautifully. Thanks for posting this!

    how the hell you gonna save the planet by being like you? what we need to do is clean the air not stop eating meat. whats wroung with you? i want steaks,pizza,turkeys,chicken,porkchops,hotdogs and at the same time clean the air by not useing my car and driveing haha

    Screw you it’s my choice to eat meat! Besides Veganism is unhealthy most vegans I have met were pale, emaciated and had bad eyesight.
