Think potted plants. Plus, you can stow them in the RV as you travel; it’s not like they’ll instantly die.

Any type of cheese you’d use on a pizza works. Some of my favorites include pepper jack, jarlsberg and even goat cheese (tho it doesn’t melt - just softens). Let us know what you try and how it turns out.
Evanne
PS - The cheese will simply melt - not brown when cooked on the grill.

Great Video, Guess i’ll go out and make some of my personal pizza myself. What kinda cheese melts best on pizza in the oven or grill? i personally only tried mozerilla it gives a nice taste when it’s golden brown, how the other cheese like cheddar or provlone or harvaritti when it’s semi burnt?

Very nice, when will we get the uncut version? I know 10 minutes is REALLY tough to work with.
