    A true great, used to watch his show in the 90’s for his antics, not his cooking which was exceptional.A great character.I also shared a beer with him at the Malsters Arms in Tuckenhay, he did’nt know me but we spoke for about half an hour, a true gent, Slurp Well Keith..!

    wow he got old quick in ten years! I dont think Ive seen a program of his on the tv in about nine years. But I did enjoy his programs in the 90s!
    It was always fun because he put half the bottle of wine in the pan and the other half down his throat! :) Best TV chef in my opinion. Rest in peace, Mr floyd

    I had the great pleasure of spending many long and wonderful hours in his company at “Floyds Inn” in Tuckenhay Devon - played maybe 20 gigs for him too and met some great people from all walks of life because of him.

    Even did the Radio 5 Christmas Party where I met Johnny Walker sang with Reg Presley Stuart Barnes and John Hall …and drank far too much after the show.

    Always a gent, generous to a fault.
    I shall have a big black on rock tonight in commemoration.

    ivé recently started to watch Keith Floyds food programs in sweden and i most say his show is more enjoyable than ramsay and oliver´s
