I love how at the begining hes pritty chill, all with his brocoli and fresh water for later. then he puts the quinoa in the pot and he like ‘holy shit HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT!” and hes rushing around trying to get shit in the pot and pre-prepaired and then…then he has time to spare and then gets like a child on christmas eve.
everything is an adventure for him.

Does anyone know the name of the music playing in the background in the beginning?

This is a brilliantly executed take, I am convinced it’s one take, and I actually make this all the time. It’s wonderful unemployment food. $2.99/lb at Whole Foods, but since it’s in the bulk section, just write down the code for Millet and it’s 99 cents a pound! I can’t believe he uses sea salt, when there should be plenty in the bouillon and liquid aminos. I just tried making it without rinsing for the first time, and you know what? It tastes great!

“…to open the refrigerator I use the handle. I grab it with my left hand, like this, and then I use a downward pulling motion –not too hard…”
odd, adorable… all these things.

I could sit and listen to this man just talk or better yet, tell a story all day long. I favorited this video partly because of David’s voice.

The best part of this is his story. He’s a great storyteller.

After watching this, I think David Lynch should have his own cooking show on the Food Network.

This video is so painful, and depressing to watch! Watching it strains my eyes, why does this man cook in the dark?
His fans should send him kitchen mittens as a gift for Xmas.

I would watch cooking shows if David Lynch did them in this style.
