  many students in amsterdam get there degree even when they smoke a gram of weed a day..
  they proofed even that when you smoke weed you driving saver than using other drugs and the nr one killer drug in the u.s. alcohol that most often made the most terrible accidents.

  your problem there is you can drive on your 16 but drinking alcohol on your 23 thats crazy minors drink secretly and drive there self to death.
