  great vid,Dave. Love that accent. I’m cooking the “chicken soup” as we speak from a can of low sodium chicken stock and a mirepoix with garlic and fresh parsley. I know,it’s a mediocre substitute for you real chicken soup but it’s all I had in the house ;). Have a nice day.

  Hey Dave, Love your videos. When making meatloaf, is there anything I can use for a substitute for the egg? Im allergic to eggs and can’t even stand to crack one open. TIA

  Awwh your kitty is so cute. I bought premade meatloaf because I didn’t know how to make it and it wasn’t as good as it looked lol. Thanks to your video I have something to work with so i’m definitely going to try this recipe, thank you

  Hi - I have wathed Delia Smith, Julia Childs cook live.. but Dr Dave (Yes, you are hereby confered a PhC, Doctorate in Cooking!) I have rarely seen such genuineness in cooking, italian seasonsing notwithstanding. Kudos!

  Well, you just got a new subscriber. I have to try this recipe. Beautiuful cat. My cats let a rabbit walk right in front of them yesterday and didn’t move an inch. They just watched him. Too fat and satisfied to hunt, I guess…LOL
