Thanks for the nice words! Chicken Base is chicken stock. You can not buy chicken stock and it is too much of a pain to make all the time. I do make it sometimes, but not a lot. I dont know about Emerils natural chicken stock, but all other chicken broth/stock that is in a can or box is just Bouillon in water.
