  This is true, but I have several plates with that pattern. Sometimes when editing the video mundane things like getting a new plate are edited out. I am also careful with cutting boards and utensils. It’s also important to wash your hands after handling the raw chicken before continuing with other parts of the preparation. Glad you are paying attention to my lessons. Hope you enjoy the food as much as I enjoy cooking it. 3

  Raw chicken has salmonella poison if you just put the cooked chicken on a plate that had the raw chicken on it you just poisoned all of the people eating your chicken.

  Huumm… Ginger sounds interesting… especially if you add some ginger root. As for Dr. Pepper, well, I guess if you like it then the chicken might be good that way. I think Dr. Pepper tastes like medicine though. It’s good to experiment in the kitchen. Let me know how it goes. 3

  Can you substitute other sodas for the cola? We were thinking Dr. Pepper or ginger ale.

  In this recipe I only used wings, not breasts, but you can use breasts if you like. The flavor should be the same. I just prefer wings because they are more fun to eat like a snack. If you want breasts that are larger than melons then you might consider using turkey breasts, but then you might need a 1 liter cola bottle instead. Enjoy the food!

  Absolutely, you can eat this and enjoy my other recipes too. I love cooking and it comes naturally for me, so you will see me joking around a lot in the kitchen, but my cooking skill is totally serious. I used to own a very popular restaurant in China before immigrating to the USA ten years ago. I noticed in USA, people tend to get overly serious about fussing and measuring while cooking. I’m trying to show that it doesn’t have to be that hard to cook and in fact, it can even be FUN!
