    Cilantro, is an herb. It’s also used in many Hispanic dishes. I think it tastes better fresh, but they sale it dried also. You shouldn’t have a hard time finding it at any grocery store in the produce section.

    This will be non-dairy if you use soy milk, which I would think would be very good in it. I agree, this is an ingenious use of ingredients!

    Auntyji,
    I make sauce from spinach, like sag but simpler, I boil spinach with gigner, garlic(optional) jalepeno, and cardemom, for 15 min, then i drain the water, and puree the spinach, it tastes great…
